Child safety standards

Prying maintains a zero tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and towards any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the entire platform and to all its users.

1. Prying is only for people over 18

Creating an account is reserved for people over 18, as established by our Terms of Service. Minors' accounts, once detected, are deleted immediately along with all their data.

2. Absolute prohibitions

Any content, conduct or communication that sexualizes, exploits or puts minors at risk.
Sharing, soliciting or distributing CSAM in any form, including the chat and its attachments.
Contacting or attempting to contact minors through the platform.

3. Reporting inside the app

Any user can report and block another with one tap, from any card, profile or chat (press and hold → Report). Reports are reviewed and accounts that violate these standards are deleted.

4. Action and cooperation with the authorities

Upon detecting or receiving a report of CSAE/CSAM: we remove the content, permanently close the account involved and report it to the competent authorities (in Argentina, the 137 hotline and specialized prosecutors' offices) and to the relevant international organizations, such as NCMEC, where applicable. We comply with the child safety laws of every jurisdiction where the app operates.
